One of the things we saw at AMPS this year was the amazing collection of products that Thatchweave offers – all handmade by Kim Taylor.
There’s a selection of boat fenders that would be suitable for landing craft, the Tamiya ‘Pibber” PBR or almost any other 1/35 boat. Then there’s superb sandbags ready for you to fill and the camouflage nets and ‘ribbon’ camouflage for British tanks that has to be seen to be believed. Kim gave us a demonstration of how she weaves the various items and how to fit ‘ribbon’ camouflage to a tank. Check out the step by step instructions in the photos.
